Our Two Favorite Books
One of the best books on health we've read is "Eat to Live",
by Dr.
Joel Fuhrman. He emphasizes the nutrients in foods and making our foods
really build our bodies. After reading his book we were inspired to add
more fruits and vegetables to our diet. Dr. Fuhrman also has a section
on detoxification which was key to our understanding why fruits and
vegetables didn't make us feel immediately better when we had tried
them in the past. This book really helped us in our journey towards
wellness! |

Our other
favorite
book that we continually recommend to others and is among the best
health books is "The China Study"
by Dr. Colin
Campbell.
This book has the broadest research support we've found. Dr. Campbell
studied populations in China and evaluated many other studies and
research to come to strong conclusions about diet and health. He found
dietary connections between diet and lifestyle for all the most common
diseases! This book is a must read if you are eating the Standard

More Excellent Books
I could never have imagined that lack of water could cause so many
