“Sour Cream”Blend until smooth:½ C cashews (soaked 1 hour) ½ C sunflower seeds, raw (soaked overnight) 1 ½ C water 2 T lemon juice 1 t onion powder ½ t garlic powder 1 t salt Use in place of sour cream in many recipes, to top soups, on potatoes, etc.
